Has lectured on church music throughout Europe and U.S.; given university courses on choral technique. At Church of St. Paul the Apostle, New York, 1918-46, where he headed Paulist Choristers, famous group of men and boys specializing in music of Catholic Church, trans-icried from Chicago to New York with him in 1918. Guest conductor Hollywood Bowl, Soldiers' Field, Chicago; Boston. Returned to Old St. Mary's, Chicago 1947. Many appearances on radio "The Catholic Hour." Pianist from age of twelve, played piano in motion-picture studios, Hollywood. Since 1946, musical conductor, accompanist, vocal arranger for Frankie Laine.
